Ingredients

  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 50 ml water
  • 20 g oatmeal, tender
  • 25 g amaranth
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 15 g coconut blossom suar
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 10 g almond (s)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, e.g., Alsan

Instructions

  1. Peel the apple and cut into slices.
  2. Heat the Alsan in a saucepan. Add apple, cinnamon, almonds and coconut blossom sugar. Steam everything together for 5 minutes while stirring.
  3. In another saucepan, bring the soy milk, water, oat flakes and amaranth with a pinch of salt to the boil while stirring. Remove from heat and allow to swell.
  4. Pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with the caramelized apples.
