Heat the Alsan in a saucepan. Add apple, cinnamon, almonds and coconut blossom sugar. Steam everything together for 5 minutes while stirring.
In another saucepan, bring the soy milk, water, oat flakes and amaranth with a pinch of salt to the boil while stirring. Remove from heat and allow to swell.
Pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with the caramelized apples.
