Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cup oatmeal, crunchy
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1 dash cream
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 handful hazelnuts, finely chopped

- Cut the apple into small pieces. Bring the oat flakes to the boil together with the water and the cream and simmer for approx. 5 - 10 minutes, stirring, until a creamy porridge is formed. Then mix in the raisins and coconut flakes. Meanwhile, sweat the apple in a separate saucepan and steam it with the honey until the desired brown color is achieved. Finally add the nuts. Finally, put the finished porridge in a cereal bowl and pour the steamed apple pieces over it. If you like it even sweeter, you can sweeten it with honey.
