Wash, quarter and core the apple and grate coarsely with the skin. Mix with lemon juice. Cut the prunes into strips. Bring water to a boil. Add the oat flakes, salt and prunes and leave to soak for about 15 minutes at low heat.
Fold in the grated apple. Possibly the porridge to taste
Dilute with a little cold milk. Arrange the porridge and drizzle with liquid cream shortly before eating.
