Hollow out the apple in the middle. Mash the banana in a bowl, add the almonds and mix in. Then add cinnamon and sugar and stir. If necessary, you can also mix in chocolate sprinkles.
Then pour this mixture into the apples and fry in the preheated oven (approx. 200 ° C) until the apples are golden brown (approx. 10 - 15 minutes for me).
