- 60 g wheat flour
- 60 g potato flour
- 150 ml beer (Altbier)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ yeast
- 3 banana (s)
- 0.5 liter ½ vegetable oil

- Mix both types of flour with the sugar and yeast, then slowly pour in the beer, stirring constantly.
- The dough retains a liquid consistency and needs about half an hour to rest before it is processed further.
