Instructions

Add the baking powder and salt to the flour and mix. Then add the ice-cold water, mix and optionally stir in the desiccated coconut.
Slice the banana diagonally, add to the flour mixture, cover with it and deep-fry until golden brown.
Serve with a little vanilla ice cream and honey, for example
