Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut

- Melt the butter in the pan. Halve the peeled banana lengthways and brush with lemon juice.
- Place the banana in the pan and drizzle with the honey. After about 2 minutes, turn the banana, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, bake again for about 2 minutes and serve.
- PPs only have to be calculated for the butter and desiccated coconut. Hence a light dessert that can be prepared in a short time and with little effort. Also tastes very good for children.
