Instructions

1. Beat the quark, milk and fructose with a hand mixer until frothy. Finely mash the bananas with a fork and stir into the quark. Fold in the chocolate chips, distribute the cream on 4 glass bowls.
2. Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the grated chocolate and put small icing on the quark. Sprinkle with the dark chocolate shavings and place a slice of banana in the middle.
