Instructions

  1. Crumble the chocolate biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Spread on the bottom of a coated tin (30 x 24 cm), press down and leave to cool for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  3. Cut the bananas lengthways into three parts.
  4. Place half of the cream cheese filling on the bottom. Cover with the bananas and brush with the rest of the cream.
  5. Melt the Nutella in a double boiler. Lightly toast the almond sticks in a pan without fat. Decorate the cake with Nutella threads and almonds.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
