Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate biscuits
- 100 g butter, melted
- 800 g cream cheese
- 100 g suar
- 300 g cream
- 1 lemon (s), organic, juice and zest
- 4 banana (s), or 5
- 100 g Nutella
- 50 g almond sticks

- Crumble the chocolate biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Spread on the bottom of a coated tin (30 x 24 cm), press down and leave to cool for approx. 20 minutes.
- Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Cut the bananas lengthways into three parts.
- Place half of the cream cheese filling on the bottom. Cover with the bananas and brush with the rest of the cream.
- Melt the Nutella in a double boiler. Lightly toast the almond sticks in a pan without fat. Decorate the cake with Nutella threads and almonds.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
