- 2 banana (s)
- 150 g cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 scoops ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
- 30 g chocolate sauce
- 30 g almond slivers

- Use ripe, but still firm bananas without bruises. Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthways.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, pour into a piping bag with a star nozzle and put a thick dab of cream in the middle of each plate. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the left and right of it.
- Place the banana halves on the dessert plate to the left and right of the ice cream so that the whole thing looks like a boat. Drizzle the whole thing with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and serve.
