- 500g flour
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 250 g butter or mararine
- 1 shot sparkling mineral water
- 4 banana (s)
- 1 packet chocolate sprinkles or
- Chocolate flakes or chocolate syrup or

- 500 g quark (quark cream)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar

- First prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, sugar, butter (cut into pieces), salt, baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar and soda. Stir everything well and then knead by hand. Cover the dough with cling film and chill for 20 minutes.
- Then sprinkle a work surface with flour and roll out the dough. Pour into the 28 springform pan and form a 3 cm high rim. Bake for 15-20 minutes over medium heat (160-175 ° C) until golden brown. Let the bottom cool down.
- Mix the quark with vanilla sugar and spread generously on the base. Cut the bananas into thin slices and spread them close together on the curd. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings on top as required.
