- 100 grams flour
- 250 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 tablespoon mineral water
- 4 tablespoon Nutella
- 1 banana (s)

- Mix the milk, eggs and flour - as well as the pinch of salt - so that a liquid dough is formed, which then rests for half an hour.
- Then add a dash of mineral water and stir the batter while the pan is already heating (a Teflon-coated pan is recommended). Always put enough dough in the pan to make thin dough cakes that are baked golden brown on both sides.
- Then spread the hot, finished crepes with Nutella and place pieces of banana in the middle of the crepes before closing and serving.
