Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, eggs and flour - as well as the pinch of salt - so that a liquid dough is formed, which then rests for half an hour.
  2. Then add a dash of mineral water and stir the batter while the pan is already heating (a Teflon-coated pan is recommended). Always put enough dough in the pan to make thin dough cakes that are baked golden brown on both sides.
  3. Then spread the hot, finished crepes with Nutella and place pieces of banana in the middle of the crepes before closing and serving.
  4. Good Appetite!
