Puree the tofu, water, sugar, bananas, vanilla extract and orange peel in a blender. I found the sweetness with 100 g sugar completely sufficient, but I don`t like it particularly sweet, hence the specification with 150 g sugar. Next time I`ll add raisins or other dried fruit.
