Instructions

  1. Halve the bananas lengthways and widthways. Then carefully remove the halved bananas from the skin and coat the inside of the banana skin with strawberry jam. Then put the bananas back in the bowl. Whip the cream to taste sweet and stiff. Spread on the bananas and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
  2. Tip: If you want to prepare the bananas a few hours before consumption, brush the bananas with a few drops of lemon juice before adding the cream.
