Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix all the dough ingredients, except the raisins, into a smooth dough (a whisk is sufficient, a mixer works too, the magic wand is not suitable). Finally fold in the raisins. In a hot pan with a little fat, bake small pancakes that are golden-yellow-golden-brown on both sides. Tastes good with fruit salad, lemon yoghurt or melon balls, honey yoghurt (in summer), lukewarm fruit groats (in winter) or simply with cinnamon sugar, syrup or nougat cream.
