Instructions

  1. Drain the red and white beans and the corn kernels well and place in a bowl. Cut the ham into fine cubes. Peel the onions, halve and core the peppers and also dice. Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the ham in it. Add the onions and peppers and sweat until translucent, remove from the fire. Mix the mayo with the yoghurt, ketchup and honey, mix in the ham and vegetables, season with paprika powder, curry, salt, pepper and pepper sauce and dress the salad with it. At the end, sprinkle with freshly cut chives.
