Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the basil with cold water, pluck the leaves from the stems and dry. Roughly chop the leaves.
  2. Peel and slice the garlic.
  3. Put the basil, garlic and salt in a bottle and pour oil over it until everything is well covered.
