• 225 g rocket, more tender
• 1 bunch basil
• 500 g strawberries
• 50 g pecorino cheese
• 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
• 50 g honey, liquid
• 8 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Roughly chop the rocket and basil. Quarter the strawberries and slice the pecorino.
2. Arrange the lettuce, basil and strawberries on starter plates to taste.
3. Mix a vinaigrette from the liquid ingredients, season and drizzle over the salad.
4. Finally, sprinkle the pecorino cheese and pine nuts over the top and serve.
