Instructions

Roughly chop the rocket and basil. Quarter the strawberries and slice the pecorino.
Arrange the lettuce, basil and strawberries on starter plates to taste.
Mix a vinaigrette from the liquid ingredients, season and drizzle over the salad.
Finally, sprinkle the pecorino cheese and pine nuts over the top and serve.
