Ingredients
- 70 g Serrano ham
- 150 g rocket
For the dressing:
- 200 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
- Salt and pepper, more colorful, coarser
- 50 g parmesan, rated

- Fry the ham in a pan without added fat over medium heat until crispy. Cut the slices into strips. Wash the rocket and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, puree and season with the other dressing ingredients.
- Arrange the rocket on a large platter. Spread the dressing over it and serve the ham and parmesan cheese cut into strips and serve immediately.
