Ingredients
- 125 g rocket
- 2 tomato (s)
- 200 g natural yohurt, (3.5%)
- 1 avocado (s)
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- Parmesan
- Baguette (s)
- 1 clove garlic

- Wash and clean the rocket, dry, shorten the stems and arrange on a plate. Wash the tomatoes and remove the flower stalks, cut into corners and arrange around the salad. Sprinkle both with parmesan.
- Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel the halves. Press the pulp with a potato press and add the yoghurt, stir everything into a homogeneous mass, peel the garlic and chop it up, add. Now season the mixture with salt, freshly ground pepper and a little nutmeg. Arrange the dressing on the salad plate.
- Serve with baguette.
