Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the rocket, dry, shorten the stems and arrange on a plate. Wash the tomatoes and remove the flower stalks, cut into corners and arrange around the salad. Sprinkle both with parmesan.
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel the halves. Press the pulp with a potato press and add the yoghurt, stir everything into a homogeneous mass, peel the garlic and chop it up, add. Now season the mixture with salt, freshly ground pepper and a little nutmeg. Arrange the dressing on the salad plate.
  3. Serve with baguette.
  4. Good Appetite!
