Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
- 4 tablespoon, leveled rapeseed oil
- 4 tablespoon, leveled vegetable stock, instant
- 1 tablespoon, leveled apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder
- agave syrup

- Process the pulp of half the avocado in a tall vessel with the hand blender to a fine puree. Mix in the oil, vinegar and vegetable stock and then add salt, agave syrup and the spices as desired.
- The consistency of the dressing shouldn`t be too firm. If necessary, you can stir in a little more broth.
- The dressing tastes very good with a green or mixed salad.
