Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon water
  • 12 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion (s) if necessary

Instructions

  1. Whisk salt, sugar, mustard, curry powder, pressed garlic, vinegar and water well with a hand blender. Then add the oil and stir well. Finally, if necessary, peel the onion, dice it finely and add it.
  2. The dressing can now be used.
