Ingredients
- 400 g rocket
- 150 g raspberries
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 slices white bread
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- some parmesan, fresh

- Put the raspberries in a large mixing beaker and puree with the magic wand. Now add the vinegar and peanut oil, salt and pepper. Season the dressing to taste.
- Cut the white bread into cubes. Drizzle the cubes with olive oil. Pour salt, pepper and oregano over it. Fry the cubes in a hot pan until golden on all sides.
- Arrange the salad with the dressing and croutons. Rub fresh parmesan cheese over it.
