Put the raspberries in a large mixing beaker and puree with the magic wand. Now add the vinegar and peanut oil, salt and pepper. Season the dressing to taste.
Cut the white bread into cubes. Drizzle the cubes with olive oil. Pour salt, pepper and oregano over it. Fry the cubes in a hot pan until golden on all sides.
Arrange the salad with the dressing and croutons. Rub fresh parmesan cheese over it.
