Rocket and Strawberry Salad with Mozzarella

• 2 handfuls rocket
• 2 handfuls strawberries
• 1 scoop buffalo mozzarella
• 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
• 1 tablespoon mustard, hotter
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Wash and clean the strawberries and rocket. Cut the strawberries and mozzarella into small pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients well (preferably with a mixer) and stir everything through.
2. Whole grain bread goes well with it.
