• 70 g Serrano ham
• 150 g rocket

For the dressing:

• 200 g strawberries
• 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
• Salt and pepper, more colorful, coarser
• 50 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

1. Fry the ham in a pan without added fat over medium heat until crispy. Cut the slices into strips. Wash the rocket and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, puree and season with the other dressing ingredients.
2. Arrange the rocket on a large platter. Spread the dressing over it and serve the ham and parmesan cheese cut into strips and serve immediately.
