Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries, ripe and sweet
- 1 handful fresh basil (only the leaves), approx. 5g
- 1 pinch vanilla, real, ground
- 200 g soy yohurt (yohurt alternative), natural
- 150 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- possibly raw cane sugar, agave syrup or white stevia powder
For decoration:
- 2 small strawberries, ripe and sweet
- 2 basil leaves

- Wash the strawberries and remove the greens. Wash the basil too and shake it dry.
- First put the strawberries with the basil in the blender and puree them finely. Finally add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a creamy shake.
- If you like it sweet, you can sweeten the shake as you like.
- Divide the shake between 2 glasses and garnish with the strawberries and basil.
