Instructions

  1. Soak the chia seeds in 4 tablespoons of water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Puree the milk, yoghurt, chopped banana, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of lime zest and the coarsely chopped basil in a blender until creamy. Add the soaked chia seeds and mix again on the highest level.
