Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat until it is crumbly, just before it is completely cooked, add the basmati rice. Continue frying until the water (which was previously leaked from the meat) has completely disappeared. Add vegetable stock, enough to cover everything, and cook on medium heat until the rice has reached the desired consistency.
  2. Rinse corn and kidney beans well, add and cook again for a few minutes. Stir well so that nothing sticks. Season to taste with spices before serving.

  4. I prefer salt, pepper, Provence herbs and a Greek grill spice. But it certainly tastes great with other spices too.
