Instructions

  1. Salt and drain the aubergine cubes. Cut the peeled peppers into strips.
  2. Roll the tuna cubes in flour and brown in olive oil on two sides in a casserole. Take out of the pot. Put the paprika strips in the saucepan with a little olive oil and stew for 3 minutes. Then add the roasted aubergine cubes, the garlic and the onion cubes. Finally add the chopped tomatoes, thyme, 1 bay leaf, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of cayenne pepper. Now add the tuna cubes and simmer for 45 minutes over low heat.
  3. Tastes great with boiled potatoes or zucchini.
