Instructions

  1. Mix the cherry nectar with the preserving sugar in a saucepan. Bring everything to the boil over high heat while stirring and cook for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in coconut liqueur. Possibly skim.
  2. Fill into jars immediately, close and place on the lid for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Makes about 7 glasses of 200ml each
