Ingredients
- 800 ml juice, (cherry nectar)
- 1 packet preserving sugar, extra
- 100 ml liqueur, (coconut liqueur)

- Mix the cherry nectar with the preserving sugar in a saucepan. Bring everything to the boil over high heat while stirring and cook for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in coconut liqueur. Possibly skim.
- Fill into jars immediately, close and place on the lid for approx. 5 minutes.
- Makes about 7 glasses of 200ml each
