Ingredients

  • 750 ml sparkling wine
  • 750 ml cherry juice, (e.g. leftovers morello cherries on the glass)
  • g 1,000 preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Mix the sparkling wine, the cherry juice and the 1000g preserving sugar 2: 1 in a saucepan. Bring the whole thing to a boil and then let it * bubble * for another 4 minutes.
  2. Pour hot into previously rinsed jars, close immediately and turn upside down. Let cool and then turn over.
  3. Makes a nice gift too!
