Ingredients
- 20 elderflower umbels, blooming
- 1 liter cherry juice
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

- Pour one liter of cherry juice over the elder flower umbels and leave to stand covered for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, filter the whole thing through a fine sieve. Take out the elderflower.
- Bring the juice with the lemon juice and the preserving sugar to the boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill into glasses.
