First mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, i.e. flour, coconut flakes, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, white chocolate.
In a separate bowl, stir the liquid ingredients (liquid butter, quark, sour cream, egg, and batida de coco) until creamy.
Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and briefly fold in with the drained cherries. Then fill the dough into the muffin molds (they can be well filled).
