Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into thin slices.
  2. Allow the onions to become translucent in hot oil. Add bread and soup greens and roast everything for a few seconds over high heat while stirring. Add water and instant stock, bring to the boil, cover and cook over low heat for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the cream. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with chives.
