Cut the white cabbage into strips and cook until al dente with vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
In the meantime, fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly, roughly dice the peeled onions and add to the minced meat, just simmer until soft, do not brown.
Add the butter and cabbage and cook everything until the cabbage is soft. Possibly season with a little vinegar and sugar.
I like boiled potatoes with it, my husband mashes mashed potatoes underneath - both taste good.
