Ingredients
- 1 head white cabbage
- 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
- 4 onion (s)
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 cup water
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 100 g butter
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Cut the white cabbage into strips and cook until al dente with vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
- In the meantime, fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly, roughly dice the peeled onions and add to the minced meat, just simmer until soft, do not brown.
- Add the butter and cabbage and cook everything until the cabbage is soft. Possibly season with a little vinegar and sugar.
- I like boiled potatoes with it, my husband mashes mashed potatoes underneath - both taste good.
