Heat about 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and distribute the entire dough in it, after about 2 minutes over medium heat add (rum) raisins to the dough and bake at 180 ° C in the oven with the lid for about 10 minutes. Here the Schmarrn really opens and partly lifts the lid!
Take out the pan (caution, hot!) And turn the baked dough with the help of the lid (also hot). Tear into pieces with two forks and slide into one half of the pan. Caramelize some butter and sugar in the other half and toss the Schmarrn in it. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
This goes well with apple compote, or just cranberries or a cranberry cream.
