Turn the meat loaf on both sides in the flour. Pull the slices through the whisked egg mixture and finally press them into a mixture of breadcrumbs and paprika powder so that the breading stays in place.
Heat a non-stick pan and add some peanut oil. Fry the meat loaf at medium temperature for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown - but be careful, because the paprika burns very quickly. Serve hot.
