Add the egg, the soaked and well squeezed bread roll, the diced onion, 1 teaspoon tomato paste, 2 teaspoons medium-hot mustard, pepper, salt, a little marjoram and a pressed clove of garlic. Knead the mixture well and season to taste.
Then shape the planters and put them in a hot pan. Turning several times, leave to fry in clarified butter for approx. 15 minutes at not too high a heat.
