Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots and radish. Clean and wash the radishes and spring onions. Cut the radishes into slices and the spring onions into rolls. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Also clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. The meat loaf is also cut into strips.
  2. Now mix everything together in a bowl. Mix the vinegar with salt and pepper. Now fold in the oil and mix the sauce with the salad. Cut the cheese into small cubes and sprinkle on the salad.
