Instructions

  1. 48 wooden skewers are required.
  2. Cut the meat loaf into approx. 12 small squares per slice. Fry in a little hot oil and set aside.
  3. Cut the thawed frozen pretzel sticks into small pieces. Sprinkle with seeds, cheese or salt as desired. Then bake according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool.
  4. Halve the pretzel confectionery and brush with mustard. Place a piece of meat loaf on top and skewer the Bayern Burger with a wooden skewer.
  5. Great for receptions and parties. Also tastes good as a variant of white sausage and sweet mustard and Nürnberger Rostbratwürstchen with mustard. The remaining pieces of lye can be offered as lye confectionery.
