Ingredients
- 4 slices meat loaf
- 1 pack pretzel stick (s), frozen, thawed
- 1 handful pumpkin seeds, cheese or salt
- some oil for frying
- some mustard, medium hot

- 48 wooden skewers are required.
- Cut the meat loaf into approx. 12 small squares per slice. Fry in a little hot oil and set aside.
- Cut the thawed frozen pretzel sticks into small pieces. Sprinkle with seeds, cheese or salt as desired. Then bake according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool.
- Halve the pretzel confectionery and brush with mustard. Place a piece of meat loaf on top and skewer the Bayern Burger with a wooden skewer.
- Great for receptions and parties. Also tastes good as a variant of white sausage and sweet mustard and Nürnberger Rostbratwürstchen with mustard. The remaining pieces of lye can be offered as lye confectionery.
