Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken breast cubes first, then add salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Mix well. Add barbecue sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread 2 handfuls of tortilla chips in a deep frying pan and top with half of the marinated chicken. Spread the cheese, onion, tomato, ham and parsley on top. Then repeat the process again.
